"Whats your dream job?" Im sure most of you have been asked this question while growing up. At the age of 13 Executive Pastry Chef Cristal Paredes knew exactly what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.
Paredes a 2009 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America began to build up her resume and acquire experience. She has worked for some of New York City's most prestigious restaurants, creating desserts for events within iconic venues such as The Plaza, Ritz Carlton and The German Mission. After six years of schooling, 8 years of pastry experience and hundreds of cakes, Executive Pastry Chef Cristal Paredes decided it was time to build up her business.
